Dear Members and Supporters,

It has been a very busy and successful year for HPG, the highlight being the celebration of HPG’s 25 years of advocating to protect the important heritage, cultural and environmental values of Harbour Trust lands.

HPG has been involved in many activities and areas of advocacy this year, including with respect to the Draft Master Plan for Middle Head, which was exhibited for public comment in March 2023.

HPG engaged with the community to inform them of the details of the Draft Master Plan. As a result of community feedback, the Harbour Trust has revised the Plan, and a Revised Draft Master Plan for Middle Head is now on exhibition.

Our guest speaker is former Senator John Faulkner, co-founder of the Bondi to Manly walk, who will speak about his vision for the walk and its impact on showcasing the sites of Sydney Harbour, including Middle Head.
