Submissions on the Harbour Trust’s Draft Master Plan for Middle HeadAs you are undoubtedly aware, submissions on the Draft Master Plan for Middle Head closed on Tuesday 9 May 2023. View HPG’s Response here > There has been serious and substantial criticism of the Draft Master Plan from the community. The Harbour Trust has received well over 160 submissions. HPG has requested that the Harbour Trust make available to the public all non-confidential submissions for review. Despite the request to the Harbour Trust that they publish the submissions on their website, we have been advised that they will not be available online. Instead, they will only be made available for review by appointment at the Harbour Trust office, 28 Best Ave, Georges Heights. Mosman. The Harbour Trust intends only to publish an Outcomes Report, aggregating responses and results from their mandatory survey. Thank you to all who have shared your submissions with us. View public submissions received by HPG here > The Harbour Trust will re-exhibit an amended Master PlanThe Harbour Trust has advised HPG that they will review public concerns and re-exhibit an amended Master Plan. It is HPG’s view that the Draft Master Plan should be withdrawn and that the focus should be on a Concept Plan for 10 Terminal and Parklands at this stage. HPG will, however, keep you updated as consultation on a proposed amended Master Plan progresses. Harbour Trust Public Board Meeting in JuneThe Harbour Trust will hold its mid-year Public Board Meeting in June. The Public Board Meeting allows the community to attend and ask questions about the Master Plan. We will keep you apprised of the date and details.
